I loved the fantastic location of this place, it was amazing! It's so convenient, being right next to both the city center and the charming old town. Stéphanie, the owner, was absolutely wonderful – super friendly and helpful. She's the best host ever! 🌟

It has very GOOD sized rooms and good location very close to the old town and city centre. The place has a fridge, an electric kettle, and a microwave oven etc. The host, Stéphanie, makes you feel at home.

Unpleasant smells from the shower room during our stay. Instruction booklet asked for additional cleaning tasks despite paying a cleaning fee.

The location couldn't be better, with the old town just a stone's throw away. You can easily walk to the city centre and explore all the attractions. the apartment itself is well-furnished and decorated with an artistic eye, making it a comfortable and modern space. the facilities, such as the TV with streaming services and the separated toilet and shower, add to the convenience and comfort of the stay.

Noise can be a bother, both from the street outside and from other tenants in the main entryway.

Everything was perfect, no complaints, had an enjoyable stay. The apartment had everything I needed, including a full kitchen with dishwasher. The seating area was cozy, and I enjoyed watching TV while eating my takeaway. Oh, and the cycling nearby was just breathtaking.from the comfort of the sofa.

Smelling the shower drain was the highlight of my stay. Truly delightful.

We had a wonderful stay at a stylish and well, equipped apartment within walking distance of the city center. the lounge/dining area was beautifully decorated, and the large beds in both bedrooms were really comfortable. the hosts were great with communication and provided clear instructions for check, in. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches like the book library and well, equipped kitchen. Parking for smaller cars was available off, road.

I recently stayed at a fantastic apartment in a great location near the old town. The owners were extremely polite and helpful, and the apartment was well-equipped and comfortable. We loved the decor and facilities, and having underground parking was a bonus.

We stayed at the Abc Boutique for three nights and loved every minute of it. The location just outside the canal ring was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the city on foot. The flat itself was beautifully decorated and had all the modern amenities we needed, including a secure parking space. The door codes provided for easy and hassle-free access. We especially enjoyed the artistic design touches throughout the apartment and the streaming services on the TV.

The location, spaciousness, cleanliness, and comfort of the apartment were all superb. It was only a 15-minute walk to the old town and the apartment had everything we needed. The owner was easily reachable and resolved any issues promptly. The kitchen was well-stocked, the beds were comfortable, and overall it was a modern and nicely decorated space. Additionally, having parking on site was convenient.

The apartment we stayed in at Abc Boutique Apartments was just perfect for our family. The living area was cozy with a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV for relaxing evenings. The well-fitted kitchen with a dining area was great for preparing and enjoying meals together. The private bathroom was clean and had a hairdryer, making getting ready a breeze. As a young family, we felt right at home in this apartment.

Although we loved our stay, one small thing we weren't a fan of was the lack of kitchenware in the apartment. It would have been nice to have more utensils and cookware available.
